In Australia, we operate a select, highly skilled, internationally diverse engineering team, providing engineering and design advisory services to Australia’s naval programs. Our team holds expertise across naval architecture, marine engineering, nuclear engineering, safety and security, systems engineering, shipbuilding, integrated logistics support, sustainment operations, and acquisition program management.


Job Title: Nuclear Engineer

Location: Canberra or Adelaide, Australia


General Description

We are seeking experienced nuclear engineers to contribute to the development of Australia’s nuclear enterprise. Experience is desired across all aspects of nuclear engineering through the project lifecycle: planning, construction, safety, security, sustainment, and related facilities and infrastructure. At this stage, roles will be primarily responsible for provision of technical advice in relation to construction and adaptation of facilities and infrastructure for nuclear technologies. Relationship building and the ability to think strategically, influence, and communicate in diverse multi-national teams are essential attributes.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (nuclear, mechanical, electrical, systems, civil)
  • 10+ years’ experience working professionally in nuclear engineering


Security Requirements

  • Hold a valid security clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid security clearance
  • Must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination, as per Australian Government guidelines ( )
